What's included
The price includes a place in a double ward, three meals a day, prescribed physiotherapeutic procedures, round-the-clock supervision by a nurse and a daily examination by the attending physician. The format is suitable for a course of conservative treatment, when the patient requires daily drip administration of drugs and physical therapy, but the condition does not require an individual room. Double occupancy is the optimal balance of comfort and cost for planned hospitalization.
What is included in a bed day
A bed-day is not just a place in a ward. This includes meals, prescribed medications, dressings and procedures, as well as 24-hour supervision by a nurse and daily examination by the attending physician.
The room category determines the level of comfort: the number of beds, the presence of a private bathroom, TV and additional amenities. The scope of medical care is the same for all categories; the household component differs.
When is a hospital needed?
- after operations requiring observation on the first day
- after spinal and general anesthesia
- during a course of intravenous treatment
- for conditions requiring round-the-clock monitoring
How many days will it take
After most outpatient interventions, one hospital day is enough - discharge occurs the next morning. After major operations, the period is determined by the attending physician based on the condition: wound healing, temperature, restoration of bowel function and urination.
