What does a session consist of?
The session always begins with stroking - it prepares the skin and muscles, then there is rubbing to warm up the tissues, kneading as the main method of working out the muscles and vibration at the end. This sequence allows you to gradually increase intensity without risk of injury. Classic massage improves blood flow and lymphatic drainage, relieves muscle tension and general fatigue, and is suitable for both treatment and prevention.
What does massage give?
Massage improves blood circulation and lymphatic drainage in the affected area, relieves muscle spasm, reduces pain and increases mobility. For chronic back and neck pain, it is included in standard treatment regimens along with physical therapy.
The effect is cumulative: after one session, temporary relaxation occurs, and a lasting result appears by the end of a course of 8–10 procedures.
