Who is the procedure indicated for?
Intralaryngeal infusions are prescribed for chronic laryngitis, nodules and swelling of the vocal folds, as well as for people in vocal professions - teachers, singers, announcers. Under visual control, the doctor injects the drug directly onto the vocal folds, which gives an effect unattainable with rinses and sprays. The course consists of 5–10 procedures; voice rest is recommended during treatment.
Why are ENT procedures needed?
Many diseases of the ear, nose and throat are treated not only with pills: the medicine must be delivered directly to the source - to the sinus, to the tonsil lacuna, to the auditory tube. This is exactly what ENT manipulations do.
A course of procedures often allows you to do without antibiotics or sinus puncture, and in chronic forms, it can significantly increase the period of remission.

- rinsing the nose and sinuses - removing mucus and pus, delivering an antiseptic
- procedures on the auditory tube - restoration of ventilation of the middle ear

How many procedures are needed?
The standard course is from 3 to 7 procedures every other day. For chronic processes, courses are repeated 1–2 times a year. Improvement is usually felt after the first or second procedure, but you should not interrupt the course: incomplete treatment often ends in a return of symptoms.
