All-inclusive taxane cycle
Docetaxel requires protocol discipline: dexamethasone preparation the day before and on the day of infusion, antihistamine premedication, the first infusion under close supervision (rare hypersensitivity reactions are stopped immediately). The inclusion of the drug in the package guarantees originality, proper storage and dilution under aseptic conditions. Between cycles - control of neutrophils (if necessary - stimulants), skin and nail care according to the instructions. The scheme and number of cycles are as prescribed by the oncologist.

- neoadjuvant - tumor reduction before surgery;
- therapeutic - for common stages according to protocols;
- regimens with docetaxel and other drugs - as prescribed by the oncologist.
How the course works
Chemotherapy is carried out in cycles according to international protocols: the duration of the infusion depends on the regimen - from a 6-hour day stay to 24-72-hour infusions with accommodation in the ward (price list positions correspond to the duration and include the ward, food, premedication and staff work; the chemotherapy drugs themselves are as prescribed, docetaxel is available in “included” options). Modern accompanying therapy makes treatment tolerable: nausea is controlled in most patients. The port system (page in the surgery section) saves the veins from damage during long courses.
