Quantity = solution
The threshold is 10⁴ CFU/ml and the clinic determines the indications for treatment of conditional mycoplasmas - the panel gives exactly these numbers, closing the eternal debate “to treat or not.” Ideal when planning pregnancy and “borderline” situations after regular PCR.
When is it appointed?
- discharge, odor, itching - accurate typification of the disorder;
- recurrent thrush and vaginosis;
- pregnancy planning and preparation for IVF;
- control after treatment;
- discomfort with “normal” routine smears.
Quantitative approach
Florocenosis is a line of quantitative PCR panels: each bacteria and fungus is counted in absolute numbers and compared with lactoflora. This transforms the diagnosis from “is/no” to “how much and in what balance” - the only correct way to work with opportunistic flora. The panels are combined: NCMT covers pathogens, BV/Aerobes/Candida/Mycoplasma types the imbalance, the complex covers everything at once.
