Large and multiple formations
Multiple atheromatosis of the scrotum (dozens of cysts) are removed in one session with excision of skin areas; The elastic skin of the scrotum allows you to close significant defects without grafts. Large atheromas and cysts require careful removal of the capsule and drainage for 1–2 days. All formations are examined histologically. Dressings for 7–10 days, sexual rest for 3 weeks. For formations of the penis involving deep layers, plastic surgery is planned while preserving function.
What formations are removed
Atheromas (cysts of the sebaceous glands) of the scrotum, papillomas and fibromas, nevi, cysts of the median suture, lipomas, angiokeratomas, molluscum contagiosum, pearlescent papules, if desired - benign formations of the skin of the genital organs are removed during growth, inflammation, trauma, cosmetic discomfort and to exclude malignancy. Any removed lesion is examined histologically. The price list depends on the size and complexity (category).
How it goes
Under local anesthesia, the formation is excised within healthy tissue: atheroma - along with the capsule, so that there is no relapse; papillomas and nevi - with a radio wave knife with a minimal scar. The wound on the skin of the scrotum often heals without stitches, and on the penis it is sutured with thin absorbable threads. The procedure takes 15–45 minutes, and the patient immediately goes home.
