Ophthalmologist Yusupova Diyora Ilhomovna

In 1988 she graduated from the 1st medical faculty of Tashkent State Medical Institute, in 1989 - internship and





in 1994, clinical residency in ophthalmology at the base





Department of Eye Diseases of Tashkent Institute of Ultrasound. Since 1995, she has been an ophthalmologist at the laser surgery department of the Regional Clinical Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, in the creation of which she took an active part, being one of the first specialists in the introduction of laser technologies in ophthalmology in the Republic of Uzbekistan. For many years she worked as deputy chief physician for medical work at the Regional Clinical Hospital of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Under her leadership, a system of medical monitoring of the quality of operations performed and conservative treatment was developed and implemented into clinical practice.





Being a high-class specialist in diagnostics (including OCT and FA) and laser surgery for pathologies of the organ of vision, in her clinical practice she actively uses the entire range of laser operations at the level of world technologies, performs laser interventions on the retina, including in the central zone, as well as for glaucoma and secondary cataracts. Over the years of clinical practice, over 10,000 laser interventions have been performed.





Yusupova D.I. constantly works to improve his professional level. For these purposes, she completed the appropriate advanced training courses at the Department of Ophthalmology of Tashkent Institute of Higher Education, at the Federal State Institution and branches of the Eye Microsurgery International Scientific and Technical Complex named after Academician S.N. Fedorov (Moscow, Yekaterinburg, St. Petersburg, Russia), Munich Eye Clinic (Germany), in the Department of Ophthalmodiabetes of the Medical University Clinic of Vienna, Austria.





As a member of the Expert Council of the CIS countries on external eye diseases, she regularly took part in Council meetings in 2010-2014, held in St. Petersburg, Prague, Barcelona, Tbilisi). Conducted training programs among ophthalmologists of the republic in Tashkent and in the regions. Supervises young specialists and helps in their professional development. Repeatedly participated in various international congresses and conferences, republican seminars (including the World Congress of Ophthalmologists in Berlin, Germany 2010, Abu Dhabi, UAE 2012, Tokyo, Japan 2014).
