In 1992, he graduated from the medical faculty of the Tashkent State Medical Institute No. 1 with honors, and completed an internship at the clinic of the Central Railway Hospital from 1992 -1993.
He began his career in 1993 at the Central Railway Clinic as an ophthalmologist, and from 1995 to 2001 he was the head of the eye department. Since 2001, he worked as the head of the diagnostic department of Shifo-Nur Ko'z. He underwent advanced training in the city of Yekaterinburg.
Participates in cataract and refractive surgery. He is a member of the Society of Ophthalmologists of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Actively participates in scientific conferences of ophthalmologists and regularly publishes articles in scientific publications devoted to the problems of ophthalmology.
