Ophthalmologist
Durdona Batyrovna Usmanova was born in 1983 in the city of Tashkent.
After graduating from the Lyceum of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, from 2000 to 2007 she studied at the Medical and Pedagogical Faculty of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute.
From 2007 to 2010, on the basis of the Department of Eye Diseases of the Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, she completed a master's degree in the specialty of Ophthalmologist.
During her master's studies, she participated in abstracts and presentations at scientific conferences on Ophthalmology. The scientific project was devoted to “Penetrating corneal injuries in children.”
She began her career in 2010 as an ophthalmologist at the Shifo Nur Kuz clinic.
2013, from April 4 to May 1, she underwent advanced training at the Ophthalmology base by prof. HM. Kamilov on the topic “Ophthalmosurgery and reconstructive operations.”
In 2014, she won a grant under the ICO Fellowship program to study Ophthalmic Surgery in India.
In 2015, from February 1 to May 1, she studied at the Mahatme Eye Bank and Eye Hospital clinic in the field of Cataract Surgery and Laser Vision Correction.
After successful training and gained extensive experience, since May 2015 he has been working at the Prof Med Servis clinic as an Ophthalmic Surgeon.
In December 2015, after passing the exams with excellent marks at the Institute for Advanced Training of Doctors, she received the second category.
Main areas of work:
• Diagnosis of all eye diseases using the most modern equipment of the German company “Carl Zeiss”
• Ultrasound cataract removal (phacoemulsification)
• Surgical treatment of glaucoma
• Correction of strabismus
• Rinsing the nasolacrimal duct
• Ultrasound of the eyes (A-B scan), lens calculation
• Conservative treatment of eye diseases
• Removal of corneal foreign body
During this period of work, she established herself as a competent doctor. Constantly works to improve his theoretical and practical skills. Introduces into his practice the latest achievements used in modern ophthalmology. He is a member of the Society of Ophthalmologists of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Actively participates in scientific conferences of ophthalmologists and regularly publishes articles and abstracts in scientific publications devoted to the problems of ophthalmology.
