The program closes four main women's oncology sites at once. Cervix: HPV test finds the cause, Pap test - cell changes; together they make cervical cancer virtually preventable. Breast: ultrasound plus marker CA-15-3, if found, biopsy under ultrasound in the same clinic. Ovaries and uterus: pelvic ultrasound with CA-125 (if necessary, the doctor will add HE4 and the ROMA index). Chest and abdomen: MSCT with contrast sees tumors of the lungs, liver, pancreas and kidneys at the stage when treatment is most effective. The oncologist collects everything into a single conclusion: either “everything is clear, repeat in a year,” or a clear plan for clarification - without rushing between clinics.
Why do you need a check-up?
Most serious diseases - from diabetes and urolithiasis to oncology - begin asymptomatically and do not make themselves felt for years. The check-up reverses the logic: instead of waiting for complaints, in one day you get an objective picture of the state of the body and learn about the risks while they are easy to work with. An early stage almost always means simpler, shorter, and cheaper treatment—and often a complete cure.
Why a package and not individual tests?
- The composition of the programs was compiled by doctors for a specific task - nothing superfluous and nothing forgotten;
- the package price is significantly lower than the amount of the same services separately;
- one visit instead of several: the route is planned, there are no queues between offices;
- the results are analyzed by a specialized doctor and immediately forms a plan, rather than giving out a “stack of papers”;
- in case of findings, further examination and treatment are available here - from ultrasound and MSCT to surgery.
How is the day going?
Sign up in advance - the program is planned for a specific morning. Come on an empty stomach: first, blood and urine sampling (5-10 minutes), then ultrasound examinations and other procedures of the program according to the route sheet. While the tests are being performed, you are free; at the appointed time - consultation with a doctor with ready results. The entire visit takes 2–4 hours depending on the size of the program; the conclusion and forms are handed out and, if desired, duplicated in the messenger.
To whom and how often
- for men and women from 30–35 years old - once a year as the norm for self-care;
- in case of heredity of oncology, diabetes, heart disease - earlier and more regularly;
- for couples planning a child - before conception, for both partners;
- at the first “minor” complaints: fatigue, decreased libido, discomfort, cycle disorders;
- after 40 years - with mandatory cancer screening by age and gender.
