Doktor Salimov

At the Doktor Salimov clinic, highly qualified specialists treat all types of allergic diseases: allergic diseases of the skin, respiratory tract, food allergies, insect allergies, children with weakened immune systems and frequently ill children. The clinic is headed by an allergist of the highest category, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor Irgash Ismailovich Salimov, who has been working in the field of allergology for more than 35 years. Professor Salimov graduated from the Medical College named after. Akhunbabaeva, paramedic department, then in 1967 he graduated from Tashkent State Medical Institute, pediatric faculty. In 1973, he improved his qualifications in allergology at the Moscow Institute for Advanced Medical Studies, in the Department of Clinical Allergology.  In 1982, he took advanced training courses in acupuncture at the Leningrad Institute for Advanced Medical Studies and thereby was the first to introduce acupuncture methods into clinical allergology. Since 1982, he has developed and introduced into clinical allergology a non-drug, complex, step-by-step treatment of bronchial asthma and other forms of allergic reactions in children and adults.

These methods have made it possible to reduce the frequency of using inhaled hormones in the treatment of bronchial asthma and not resort to the prescription of systemic hormones (injections and tablets of hormonal drugs) in the treatment of allergic dermatoses, to significantly reduce the use of antihistamines, and achieve complete immunorehabilitation.

Irgash Ismailovich went through his medical career from nursing staff to professor. From 1973 to 1996, he headed the Republican Children's Allergy Center and at the same time was the chief specialist in allergic diseases at the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

In 1973, Salimov I.I. defended his candidate's thesis on the topic "Clinical features, specific diagnostics, therapy of atopic bronchial asthma and hay fever in children in Uzbekistan." This work was awarded a Bronze medal at the All-Union Exhibition of National Economy (Moscow) in 1988.

Since 1984, he has been a member of the International Association of Acupuncturists ICMART (International Council for Medical Acupuncture and Related Techniques); in 2009, he joined the Russian Association of Allergists and Clinical Immunologists. He is the author of more than 70 scientific articles, 4 monographs, 8 scientific educational books and 14 guidelines for doctors.
