Heart and vascular training at home
To keep your heart in good conditions, you need to perform a set of exercises that can strengthen your heart muscle.
Before you begin, you need to measure your blood pressure and pulse rate.
About 2 hours should pass after eating
Perform all actions slowly, lasting approximately 30 minutes
If you experience heart pain, dizziness and difficulty breathing, stop training immediately!!
Warm up for 10 minutes before starting exercise
EXERCISES:
- Place a chair in front of you and behind its back, carefully holding your body; while inhaling, you must simultaneously raise your left arm and leg to the side, slightly turning your body to the left. As you exhale, return to the starting position. Repeat similarly on the right side, and so on 5 times in each direction.
- Stand up straight, gradually move into a lunge back with your left and then your right leg. Do it 5 times.
- In a vertical position of the body, perform circular movements with the pelvis in a clockwise direction for about 30 seconds, then similarly in the opposite direction. Repeat 5 times.
- Grab the edge of the table with your hands and create oscillating movements with your left leg back and forth for 30 seconds. Repeat similarly with your right leg. Do it 5 times.
