Introduction: One of the main problems of clinical andrology is male infertility. Demographic indicators in many countries of the world indicate an increase in the frequency of infertility in men, which is about 50%. There are a lot of reasons leading to abnormal spermogram indicators, and in this regard, conservative, surgical and alternative treatment methods (ART) are used. Today, there are a lot of drugs used to improve the reproductive function of men. Recently, various modern biocomplexes have begun to be used in medical practice to correct fertility disorders.
Purpose of the work: there was a clinical study of the effect of the biocomplex “FERTI-MAX” (PLANT GROUP LLC, Tashkent) on deviations in ejaculate parameters.
Material and research methods. At the Department of Urology and Nephrology of the Tashkent Institute of Advanced Medical Studies (base of City Clinical Hospital No. 1 of Tashkent), we examined 49 men with an average age of 35.3-+6.9 years, who were in an infertile marriage. The only disorder discovered during the examination was idiopathic pathozoospermia. The patients were divided into 2 groups: group 1 with asthenozoospermia and group 2 with oligozoospermia, and strict Kruger morphology (qualitative spermogram indicator) was examined in both groups.
The results of the study showed that in the 1st group of patients after the FERTI-MAX therapy, after 1 and 3 months, a significant increase in the motile forms of category “a” sperm was recorded from 24.2% to 39.8% and, accordingly, 47.5%(p
