6 Foot Symptoms You Shouldn't Ignore!
Hairless legs or toes.
Bare, hairless legs may be a sign of circulation problems.
Sunken toenails.
Nails come in all shapes and sizes, but a sunken toenail is a sign of anemia: "hemochromatosis, Raynaud's disease, and sometimes lupus."
Cold feet.
Your legs may be trying to tell you something, namely that your thyroid gland may not be working properly. It can also be a sign of poor circulation because the blood is not reaching the extremities.
Yellow toenails.
The most common discolored toenail is usually caused by a fungal infection, which is quickly and easily treated.
Insensitivity.
Numbness in the legs can be caused by nerve damage or neuropathy. People with diabetes are at risk of developing numbness in their feet.
Peeling feet.
Peeling skin may be a sign of athlete's foot, especially if the peeling comes from the toes, or may indicate thyroid problems.
