After graduating from the Medical Institute, she taught physiology and psychology of higher nervous activity for many years. In 1986, at the request of subcontractors of the Space Research Institute in Moscow, she carried out research work to create a psychophysiological model of a human operator. During the work, it became clear that professional knowledge of human psychology is necessary.
And at this moment, when I am ready for the arrival of new knowledge, I receive information that a faculty of practical psychologists is opening in Tashkent for the first time from the Moscow State Pedagogical University, which I successfully graduated in 1991.
In the same year, I was lucky enough to become one of the participants in the first “Pursuit of Excellence” and “Wall” trainings in Tashkent from the “Excellence” series under the “Context Associated” USA program. Having been saturated and charged with enormous positive energy, I realized my purpose in life - to support people in their movement forward, using the knowledge gained and becoming the leader of the “Excellence” series trainings.
In 2000, she participated in international seminars on marketing and financial management under the USAID program of the Pragma and Matador corporations.
Since 1994, I regularly conduct psychological trainings and seminars in Tashkent, Astana, Almaty, Taraz, carried out psychological selection and certification of employees of the cellular company “Coscom” in Tashkent, the medical center “Shakhar” in Almaty, trainings for the companies “Oriflame” in Tashkent, “Ipsum”, “Dovgan” and “Tiens” in Almaty. The seminars held in Almaty were attended by major businessmen, entrepreneurs of various levels, top managers of the Rakhat holding company, employees of the American Embassy, employees headed by the director of the Continent company, and heads of enterprises in various fields.
The editor and manager of the New Age magazine, Milena Galimzyanov, attended one of my trainings. After completing the training, Milena published an article in a magazine entitled “Build your success.” Article from the magazine “New Age” No. 9, 2008.
In addition to seminars, I do a lot of consulting work with people, providing assistance in solving various personal problems (marital relationships, sexual problems, infertility, conflicts with children or parents, bosses, fears, loss of meaning in life, suicide, alcoholism, and so on). I have created a series of discs with individual sessions that help solve many problems on your own, without turning to amateurs for advice and without having any complexes about the need to see a psychologist.
