2. Treatment planning process
The treatment plan is developed by a commission of doctors and experts within 24 hours from the receipt of the request. If desired, the patient can fly to Turkey and participate in the planning process. If several treatment options are possible, the company will contact the patient to select the most suitable option. The patient is provided with complete information about hospitals, doctors, treatment methods, equipment used and prices for all services.
To draw up a treatment plan, the information provided by the patient and the medical documents sent to him (epicrisis and tests) are sufficient.
3. Arrival and accommodation in Turkey
The plane tickets are purchased by the patient. Roma, at the request of the patient, can arrange the purchase of a ticket.
If the patient's condition does not allow him to fly by regular plane, we can provide air ambulance.
If it is necessary to stay in a hotel, the hotel reservation is made by the patient himself or the Company, at the patient’s request, can arrange a hotel reservation. We can select a hotel suitable for location and price category among our partner hotels.
The company organizes transfers from the airport to the hotel or hospital.
The patient is provided with a SIM card to communicate with the team and relatives throughout the entire treatment process.
4. Treatment process
All clinics where treatment takes place are JCI certified, equipped with the latest equipment and a team of specialized doctors.
If the patient spent the night before the operation in a hotel, we provide transfer from the hotel to the hospital.
The patient will not have problems with the language, since he is accompanied by a company translator throughout the entire treatment process. We accompany our patients throughout their treatment 24/7 days a week.
Each stage of treatment is under the supervision of doctors.
5. Returning home
We organize all the necessary preparations on the day the patient is discharged from the clinic.
We inform the patient about follow-up checks and post-operative care before his discharge.
We will arrange transfer to the airport.
If desired, we can organize tourist trips to explore the historical and natural beauties of Turkey.
6. Aftertreatment
The patient can contact us any time after returning home for a post-treatment consultation. Our offices and representative offices will be happy to help at any time.
